The Action Committee on the Rural Economy (ACRE) set out a blueprint for its work over the next two to four years at a meeting in Regina yesterday and today. ACRE will recommend strategies to government to drive sustainable economic development and develop the competitiveness of Saskatchewan products. What is the problem?
